CAVAN COUNTY COUNCIL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

We were contacted by Finosh Construction to collaborate on a project of 7 houses being developed in Ballyjamesduff for Cavan County Council. This project is one of many being undertaken to create green energy from Solar PV working towards Ireland’s Climate Action Plan 2019.

We are proud to work with Finosh Construction on this project. This is an ongoing project with four more houses to be completed in Phase 2.

  • Reduce the Carbon Footprint of the properties
  • Reduce energy bills for the property
  • Improve efficiency of the homes

Three houses have been completed in Phase 1 with 1.2KW of Solar PV (Photovoltaic). These Tier 1 panels capture sunlight and convert it into (AC) energy to be used in place of fossil fuels throughout the building.

These panels also enabled excess electricity to be stored into a battery or to be fed back into the grid.

  • Reduce their bills
  • Improve their efficiency
  • Reduce their Carbon Footprint by reducing their reliance on fossil fuels
  • Play their role in working towards a greener Ireland

This is an ongoing project with four more houses to be completed in Phase 2.

Through this installation the value of the property has increased.

We work with homeowners, farmers and all types of businesses to ensure our clients save MONEY, save ENERGY and reduce their reliance of fossil fuels.

By changing to Renewable Energy Technologies for your energy requirements, you will reduce your CO2 emissions, increase your energy efficiency and in doing this promote a positive green image which in turn is helping our environment.

The job was completed by Hybrid Energy Group Ltd, PV Accredited Installer.
